Assistant Professor of Mathematics, Vanderbilt UniversityMichael Goff is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Vanderbilt University. He earned his doctorate from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2010 and has published nine papers in the area of discrete mathematics. Michael has taught mathematics for ten years and likes to volunteer by teaching and tutoring math to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Michael also volunteers for political and civic causes and served as the Advocacy Chair for the Cordell Hull Chapter of the United Nations Association. He lives in downtown Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in the Pacific Northwest.
